The Let's Eat Well rug teaches children about food groups with several illustrated examples for each category. Each food group is sized differently reflecting their importance in our diets, for example 'Fruit and Vegetables' occupies a much larger space than 'High Fat and Sugar', this emphasises the importance of maintaining a controlled diet with large amounts of healthy food.
The rug is ideal for interactive learning exercises. As shown in the picture, real food packaging can be sorted into groups to help children properly categorise their foods and balance their diets accordingly.
