Gonge River Stones

Stepping stones to better coordination, balance and fun!

New improved design of the original River Stones. River Stones can now be stacked so that they are practical to store. The River Stones are inspired by stepping stones in a river with each side of the triangle varying in steepness and difficulty.

The purpose is to jump from stone to stone without touching the floor – you can vary the position of the stones to create more challenging paths for children. Each stone has a rubber rim on the base which prevent them from slipping, and also protect indoor floor areas. Provides challenging, active, imaginative fun. Builds children’s confidence when jumping, judging distances, co-ordinating and balancing. Includes suggestions for games.

Gonge Bouncing River Stone Set

This new version of the River Stone features a soft base and hard top platform supported by 3 strong steel springs to enable the 'bounce' and 'spring' effect. Stepping on to the River Stone is more physically challenging as these actions require adjustment through the ankles and legs whilst balancing.

The Bouncing River Stone can be used on it's own for special motor training activities or with the River Stones to provide even more play possibilities.

Gonge Plastic Hemispheres

New and improved quality with anti-slip rubber profile. Plastic hemispheres that challenge anybody’s balancing skills. You can try to walk on the hemispheres with either side - the flat or the round side up. They do not slip or move as they have sufficient weight because they are filled with sand. Due to the tough plastic coating they can withstand damp if left on the playground overnight accidently.
